Privacy Policy

DLS Tech Holdings LLC operates DRTMRK, a field-note and project-record app. This policy covers the DRTMRK app, website, and beta testing program.
Information we handle
We handle your email address, display name, account identifier, and authentication information; content you enter or upload, including project details, notes, photos, documents, quantities, reports, and locations you add to records; voice recordings submitted for transcription and saved transcript text; support messages and beta feedback; and contact details submitted to the website launch list. Our hosting providers also process technical information such as network addresses, request times, and errors to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate your account, save and retrieve your records, provide the features you request, respond to support requests, maintain security, and diagnose problems. If you join the launch list, we use the details you submit to communicate about DRTMRK.
Service providers and AI
Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage, and server functions. Render hosts the website and some app services. When you use AI features, relevant content is sent to OpenAI: voice transcription sends your recording, photo analysis sends selected image content, and report generation may send relevant project records. Only submit content you are authorized to share. DRTMRK does not save raw transcription recordings as field attachments; it processes them to obtain text, which is saved if you save the note. Providers may retain operational or security records under their own policies and our service configuration. We do not promise zero retention by those providers.
Other disclosures
Information you export or share is available to your chosen recipients. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.
Permissions and device storage
Camera, photo-library, microphone, and location permissions support the corresponding features when you choose to use them. You can change permissions in device settings. DRTMRK stores session information and caches some content on your device for sign-in and app use. Disabling a permission may prevent its feature from working.
Retention and your choices
Account information and saved records remain in the service until removed through available app controls or an account-deletion request is completed. You can delete supported records in the app. To request access, correction, export, account deletion, or removal from the launch list, email support@drtmrk.com from your account email. We may verify your identity before acting. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups or operational logs; some information may be retained for legal or security obligations.
Security and processing locations
We use encrypted connections and account-based access controls to protect records. No system can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Beta testing
Apple TestFlight may collect crash reports, usage information, and feedback according to Apple's TestFlight terms and privacy information. Beta features may change. Do not use the beta as your only copy of important jobsite records.
Children
DRTMRK is intended for construction and professional field use, not for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and address it.
